Brief: Utilize Passive House design strategies to design a dwelling in Phoenix, Arizona for clients who have different thermal comforts.
Concept: With opposing interests and thermal comforts, sisters Sonja and Santa Cruz required a dwelling that could function as a home as well as a place they could make their livelihoods as a psychologist and writer respectively.
